Mr. Parthasarthy is the Chairman of IL&FS. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has guided the IL&FS Group over the last two decades with his leadership skills and achieved various path breaking milestones. He has over 40 years of financial services experience. IL&FS has immensely benefitted from his vision, approach and experience.
Mr. Bawa is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of IL&FS Financial Services (IFIN). Mr. Bawa holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relationships as well as a Post Graduate degree in Political Science. He has a rich experience in the Banking and Financial Services Sector and has built up a strong and effectual relationship with banks/ financial / insurance institutions at the domestic as well as international level.
Mr. Ramchand is the Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS), and Managing Director of its subsidiary IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL). Mr. Ramchand He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Madras University and a post graduate degree in Development Planning from the School of Planning, Ahmedabad. He has more than three and a half decades of experience in Infrastructure development using Public Private Partnership, innovative Project Finance, current Engineering and Planning practices and in working with Governments to improve Policy frameworks.

He was instrumental in setting up IL&FS Transportation, which has today become the largest private sector road developer in India
Mr. Wagle is the Group Chief Financial Officer, IL&FS. Mr. Wagle holds Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has a rich experience of over 26 years in Industry which includes 18 years in Financial Services Sector. He has been handling the Accounts Budget and Tax of IL&FS and has been involved in various important initiatives for the Company and the Group.
Ms. Parekh is the Director & Chief Financial Officer of IL&FS Township & Urban Assets Ltd and has been with IL&FS since 1991. Ms. Parekh holds Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She has more than 25 years’ experience in Finance and Accounts. Ms Parekh has worked on some of the pioneering infrastructure sector transactions in India as a project finance expert across various sectors such as road, rail, water, sports infrastructure, etc.
Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) and is the first Engineer in the 53 year history of SCI to reach to this highest position. He has also been given the additional charge of Managing Director of M/s. India Ports Global Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture SPV incorporated by Govt. of India for investment in Port projects across the world by Ministry of Shipping. He has over 39 years of shipping career in leading and managing challenging projects and assignments in various Divisions of the Shipping Corporation of India Ltd.

Mr. Gupta is a Marine Engineer from Marine Engineering College (DMET), Kolkata and possesses First Class Engineer (MOTOR) Certificate of Competency from the Ministry of Transport, Government of India.
Mr. T. C. A. Ranganathan, retired as the Chairman, Export Import Bank of India after completing a career as banker for over 38 years. He holds a Post-graduate Degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.

Mr. Ranganathan started his career with State Bank of India wherein he  has had held diverse assignments in International Banking, Investment banking ,Corporate finance and consultancy in addition to Domestic  Banking  as Branch head/branch controller. He started the green field operations of SBI Shanghai, making SBI the first Indian bank to start commercial operations in China. Later, as head of SBI’s international banking operations in over 32 countries, he was also the board director of their International subsidiaries/Jt. Ventures in North America, Asia and Africa. He had implemented the integration of SB of Saurashtra into SBI, whilst posted as Chief General Manager of SBI’s Gujarat operations.

Currently, Mr. Ranganathan is associated with some U.N arms for overseas consultancy apart from working as an arbitrator through the panels of NSE/BSE/NCDEX/Indian Council of Arbitration.
Mr. De is the Whole Time Director and Chief Executive at IMICL. Mr De has more than 30 years of work experience spread across sectors and he has been specifically associated with the infrastructure sector for more than last 15 years. Mr De has been responsible for the conceptualization, structuring, implementation and delivery of many PPP projects across multiple sectors while working in partnership with the various State Governments. His extensive experience in infrastructure spans across maritime projects, logistics, urban infrastructure, industrial parks, SEZs etc. He has been actively involved in various forums for the policy making and sector related reforms. He has successfully steered IMICL's delivery of projects from the development to operational stage.

Mr. De has his B. Tech (Chemical) from IIT, Kharagpur and has also done short courses on Project Management and Infrastructure Finance & Project Development from IIM.
